If you are looking for the best way to understand creatine effects, then I’m glad you found this website and I strongly suggest you keep reading…

Want to get ripped fast?, build lean mass?, help stamina? or want help with aging?, then creatine is the supplement for you.

Now if you’ve already decided you want it, here is the best creatine currently available: Creatine Effects – No-XPlode

Creatine Effects

It Is Safe And Legal !

If you take Creatine as a body-building supplement, what are results you can expect ? Creatine effects include increased muscle energy and endurance and of course greater muscle lean mass. In a study at the OSU (Ohio State University), they did a test with swimmers and they showed that creatine was decisive in increasing their bursts of speed. Creatine is also an anti-aging treatment as the gradual decrease of our own supplies of creatine lead to wrinkles and dry skin !

But let’s face it, unless you are prepared to work hard during workouts using the greater lasting power you will get from taking creatine, then your creatine effects won’t be as good as you thought.

The great thing about creatine is that it is not banned by any of the sporting associations and it is not an anabolic steroid as some of the bogus advertisements would have you believe!

The great advantage of creatine is that it is safe, it works for most bodybuilders/athletes and it is the cheapest and one of the best supplements on the market today.

Click Here to Get The Best Creatine on the Market!

Thought I’d share my *uncensored* creatine effects story with you all:

The ups, the downs, all the stuff I tried – what didn’t work and finally the one creatine product that did…

My story of when I first wanted to learn about creatine effects starts back in High School…

I was really skinny, about as far away from an Arnold Schwarzenegger (circa the late 1970’s and 1980’s) as you could get, none of the girls liked me and generally I just felt like crap. I figured that my pyhsique was the problem and so I set out to build some muscle.

But that was a stupid idea, I wasn’t into protein shakes and going to the gym for hours a day to kill myself working out till I threw up. Tried it and hated it. Instead I wanted something that was attainable, good looking and natural. I didn’t want to be a professional bodybuilder here…

So, I decided I wanted to look into the effects of creatine. I wanted to be more muscular. I spent many months searching for the effects of creatine supplements and failed with pretty much every inquiry. I knew it was time to start using creatine and to find out for myself, but it seems that I like to learn the hard way.

Now, at 42 years of age, I am in the best shape of my life!

Click Here to Check Out What Worked for Me.

Those exercise tapes sucked, results from only 20 minutes work a day – Yeah right! And I didn’t have time to do a ridiculous 2 hours worth of exercise every morning.

I tried other supplements too. Yeah I know, BAD idea, guilty as charged. Anyway, once again no results. A quick note to anyone considering trying too many different things: Don’t. It is way too expensive, gave me mood swings and it can be just generally bad for you. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

Believe it or not, I tried steroids too. And of course they worked… kind of. You see, one of the main things about steroids is that they are ILLEGAL! (I was ignorant of this at the time) not to mention dangerous. No matter how good you end up looking or feeling, it’s just not worth it. Anyway, so steroids do work, but they are not recommended by me for 100 different health reasons.

But the constant dieting and the taking of supplements that didn’t work was too much for me, I was getting more and more stressed out and unhealthy. The opposite of what I was trying to accomplish. I needed to find something that just plain worked. I needed those creatine effects (I just hadn’t realize it yet.)

Anyway, I gave my “creatine effects” search up for a few years, convinced that it was just more supplement hype. Until one day after going to the gym I was talking to this guy I see down there sometimes, Don Greshew and I started asking how he got so muscular in so short a time…

I mean, last time I saw him he wasn’t that big. Long story short and a 1 hour conversation later he told about this creatine product he found on the internet.

It’s called No-XPlode, so I figured I might as well check it out and man am I glad I did. It didn’t work quite as well as it was advertised on the site but within just two weeks I could see and feel the difference… And I’d hardly changed anything about my workouts.

Eight weeks later and I had a totally different body.

So if you’re looking for the best creatine effects, then I recommend you too check out No-XPlode Creatine. I mean, it worked wonders for me.

Make sure to check out my other posts on creatine effects while you’re here, including the one below!

Thanks for reading,

How Can Creatine Effects Benefit You?

Creatine is a naturally formed amino acid that is found in the human body, especially around the skeletal muscle. The human body generates Creatine naturally, partly from the diet we take and partly on its own. A healthy person has about 120g of Creatine, most of it being in the form of a compound called PCr. The body can store a maximum Creatine quantity of 0.3 g per one kilogram of body weight. The body produces about 2g of Creatine per day. The chief food sources of Creatine are fish and red meat. Half a pound of raw meat provides about 1g of Creatine for the body. Creatine that does not come from food is produced endogenously by the body from amino acids.

Athletes have been raving about Creatine Effects and there are several benefits of Creatine in sports. Creatine boosts anaerobic energy in the body. It provides instant energy to the body. It improves muscle strength and makes the muscle suitable for high-intensity, short duration exertion like weightlifting or sprinting. It is also found to speed up the recovery of energy. It delays fatigue significantly. It promotes lean-muscle mass and reduces muscle wasting in post-surgical patients. It is also believed to help heart patients by increasing their exercise capacity, reducing heart spasms and thus increasing heart function. Creatine is generally taken as a supplement by athletes who need heavy bursts of energy. Creatine acts as a catalyst to a special chemical reaction that occurs in the body when a person does high-intensity, short duration work. The body generates enough Creatine to accommodate such kind of a reaction. For additional exertion, Creatine has to be taken additionally through food or through other forms.

Creatine effects have become very popular among athletes because of its many benefits and very few negative reports. The only side effect documented till now is weight gain (although there are now creatine delivery systems that virtually eliminate this.) However, overdose of Creatine or use of Creatine over a long period of time may have some other side effects also, and tests are still being conducted to determine the effect of using Creatine in the long run. Creatine is available as a supplement like vitamin pills in the form of over-the-counter drugs. Creatine is categorized as a “dietary supplement” and can be purchased even without a prescription as per the 1994 Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act. In summary creatine phosphate is an FDA approved dietary supplement.

There are several Creatine supplement products in the market today. Creatine is available in capsule, chewable and powdered forms. One teaspoon of the powdered form contains 5g of Creatine Monohydrate. The recommended dosage is 1-2 teaspoons with 8 ounces of water per day. Nevertheless, the dosage can vary depending on the body exertion. Athletes usually follow a dosage cycle comprising of loading and maintenance phases.

Of course the only viable way to find out about Creatine Effects, is to try it yourself.
