Hello I'm Gary Gregory,
I first became interested in creatine effects when looking to gain strength and size for my muscle building workout routine. Creatine was (and is) touted as the biggest breakthrough in sports supplements ever!
I was lucky enough to discover creatine as it was recommended by some close friends.
