Please!! Help a noob out??? – UK-Muscle Body Building Community

I have just bought some creatine and some waxy maize starch to mix it with. I've decided to do a loading phase of 20g (4 x 5g) of creatine a day for 7 days, then 10g (2 x 5g) a day for the next 3 weeks, then take a month off.
