About Me

Hey thanks for checking out the site, for those of you who are interested in who I am I just thought I’d share my personal story quickly…

That's Me

That's Me

My name is Gary Gregory. I am 42 years old and have been involved with creatine and creatine effects for many years now.

It has only been in the last several years that I have really been taking creatine effects seriously. I started out wanting to bulk up and gain strength and now talk about what I am doing at every opportunity. Not only are creatine effects important to how successful you will be in your use of this wonderful supplement (used right, it’s the next best thing to steroids), but it is a great way to help with strength, energy, stamina and self confidence.

I work out regularly and people started to ask me about my muscle gaining results. They wanted to know how I built a toned and fit body in my 40’s and how they could do it too. I told them about this wonderful supplement named Creatine and the rest as they say is history.

So why did I make a site about Creatine Effects?

I decided to put up this site as a way to tell my story and more importantly get the word out about the effects of creatine.  By trying creatine you are not only helping yourself but you are also helping athletes stay off dangerous anabolic steroids! This small gesture, with your help, will combine and have a beautiful effect on general health.

If you are interested in creatine effects from your own personal view point than give it a try. It’s not very expensive, especially when you see the results. Some athletes still worry about bloat, weight gain or cramps, but with the latest products, these issues have been largely eliminated.

You can reap the benefits of creatine if you decided to start today, you can try it for a few months and if you aren’t satisfied you can stop whenever you want.

If you are interested in getting started with your own creatine cycle than you can buy some here.

Here’s to increasing muscle mass, strenth and endurance. I really believe in creatine and hope you will too!

Regards,

Gary Gregory
